Above all else, the level of service we experienced was exceptional. From check in the staff was careful to remember every detail of the reservation as well as specific preferences. I asked about yoga in the spa and shortly after I had a note from the spa with the details of the yoga experience along with a hand-written note. The hotel is located in the perfect area, right in the middle of all of the shopping and restaurants. Just step outside and you have hundreds of options for food, drink, and fashion. Everything you need is right there. Step inside and you are in a world of luxury, from the Christian Louboutin store in the lobby, to the Michelin star restaurants, and exceptional suites.  The rooms are spacious and comfortable with every possible amenity at your fingertips. The staff are exceptional on following up with any inquiry you may have. I had a little glitch with the Wifi initially, and within minutes the hotel IT staff was at my service to connect all devices himself.  The rooftop pool area has epic views of all of Barcelona, amidst chill music and excellent Peruvian cuisine choices. Not your typical Spanish food, but an international flair. Great for vegetarians and meat lovers. A perfect place to watch the sunset with drink in hand and just chill out. If you come for a special occasion, apartment style suites are a must, with full rooftop terraces and various bedrooms and entertaining areas. This hotel is very special.  The spa is wonderful with a fitness center open 24/7, for those that find themselves unable to sleep at odd hours. The steam room is scented with Eucalyptus and herbs and is perfect for relaxing after a long flight or big day on the town. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the service was. We cant wait to return!

What we loved: Location was ideal, service from the staff was exceptional, rooms were so comfortable and clean, and rooftop pool deck is a must visit for tapas, drinks, or just pool lounging time.
