Ft. 1/1 with a fully furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge and a table set for two overlooking the Miami Skyline you immediately know luxury and nature have combined. Master bedroom has a nine foot long maple desk, in the living room you can enjoy lounging on the plush white organic sofa that also converts into a queen bed, master bedroom has a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in 100% organic cotton sheets.

When booking this condo you receive hotel privileges just as if you were staying directly through the hotel. Hotel amenities include 4 pools, gym, spa and 4 onsite restaurants, valet service 24 hours a day, even complimentary Tesla car service. Reservations under 30 nights do not receive insuite dining. However there are restaurants minutes away or restaurants in the hotel, and of course you have your own full kitchen. There are also services that deliver from local restaurants within 1 hour. This condo comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, disposal, washer/dryer and more.

This is a premium one bedroom in that it is on a high floor, with resident privileges, and has a fully equipped full kitchen while the hotels one bedrooms (floors 2-8) do not have full kitchens.
